THE FOUNDER
KyndRock was founded by Sylvester, a coach and thinking partner with three decades in high-pressure environments across legal, public sector, private sector and professional services, working with senior leaders, specialists and teams navigating sustained pressure.
His work is shaped by both professional practice and lived experience of navigating complexity, overcompensation and identity at work. That combination means he pays close attention to the human cost behind “high performance”, especially for people who are marginalised or neurodivergent and designs coaching that doesn’t add to that cost.
Today, Sylvester’s focus is on creating calm, challenging spaces where people can think clearly, understand how they operate at their best and make decisions that are sustainable without having to become someone else to succeed, so they can stay effective in demanding roles without abandoning themselves.

Kyndrock exists to create space for clarity
This is thinking space, not performance space. You don't need a perfect story or goal before you arrive. We work that out together, so you use the time for what's actually live.
Sessions are calm, collaborative and direct. I listen closely, ask questions that slow your thinking down and reflect back patterns you might not yet have language for, so you can name what's really going on and act on it.
We focus on what's real and live: decisions, relationships, pressure points. Then we turn insight into small, practical experiments between sessions, so change feels testable rather than overwhelming.
We start from the assumption that you are already resourceful. The work is making your context and choices more compatible with who you are.
